Certain filters may not apply to all entry years, and will not display data. These include “Non-Traditional”,  “Reapplicant,” “Military,” etc.

Map displays the cities applicants identified as their hometown.

Tips for using filters

Entry Year
Filter data by applicant entry year. You may only select one entry year at a time.

These selections are defined by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.

Matriculated refers to applicants who enrolled at a member institution, Accepted refers to applicants who received an offer of acceptance, Interviewed refers to any applicants who were interviewed at a member institution

Applicant Type
• Military displays applicants who indicated military experience
• Non-Traditional shows applicants who self-identified as Non-Traditional
• Reapplicants are applicants who have previously applied to TMDSAS

TMDSAS verifies applicant residency. Filter data by selecting either option, or leave unchecked for full applicant pool.

Applicants who Decline to Answer to this question may also select additional options in the application that accurately reflect their gender and preferred pronouns.
